Default Bis-Maxx Brand Bismuth

Anyone hunted with this brand? I'm looking for something to take down some ducks and that will be safe to shoot out of my grandfather's 1929 sxs 12 gauge VH grade.

Yes, I bought some and it appears to be about the same as the old Bismuth loads of which I have shot hundreds at pigeons and waterfowl using the old 1 1/4oz load. The reduced 1 1/8 oz 12 ga load should work well in your VH.

Take a close look around in gun shops also. There seems to still be a fair bit of old stock Bismuth ammo on some shelves. Trigg and I bought 16, 20, and 28 ga Bismuth at a small shop in Minnesota last week; we took everything they had at $26/box.
