Lefever A & F grades (but no other grades) appear on the list too (page 422). In the 1970's and in a completely different context, a Canadian immigrant to Texas once explained to me why I would not like the Canadian form of government. He was so very right about that, and this is an example of why. One political party is elected, then they get to ram through ANYTHING they want, no checks and no balances.

The Parker's are listed under the section of banning guns with a bore diameter of 20mm or larger. Going by modern dimensions, only a 8 gauge has a bore larger than 20mm. That's quite a list they created.
