Default Our new Setter girl!

Our newest Setter is a Decoverly girl. She’s a 2 1/2 year old tri-color. Started dog. Was already behind her on birds. Great nose, confirmation and run. She’ll be bred with our Ghillie her next heat. This is going to get good. Her name was Apple (Decoverly’s New York, New York), we call her Jo.

Beautiful dog. I know you'll cherish your time with her.

I’ve had two Decoverly females, Hana, and now Cayman. It’s uncanny how similar they are to one another. They are fabulous hunting and family companions. I don’t think our house will ever be without one. Enjoy that setter!

Thanks Rick, she is our 2nd full Decoverly. Ghillie is 1/2 Decoverly and 1/2 Rhys. Our Deacon was 100% Decoverly. He was awesome. He spoiled me. Enjoyed his company for 10 1/2 years.

We were hoping to breed her with Ghillie her next cycle but we just had Ghillie tested and he's shooting blanks!! Seems age caught up to him. He is 7 and we didn't think he'd be on the "Unable to Perform" list already! Oh well, on to plan B.
