Default Father-Setter Weekend in Michigan

Last trip to MI for this season. Just me and the dog this time.

Stopped at a good spot on the way up to the lodge and had a quick and successful hunt. Rain is getting a bit too intense, but the weekend forecast is looking good.

I love seeing photos of that dog. Keep’em coming.

Today I made quick work of the woodcock, then had to grind it out before connecting with a grouse. This dog is something special!
