Default Winchester restoration recommendation...

Looking to do some restoration on a few Winchester 22 Pumps.

1890's, 1906, 61&62's

Anyone have any suggestions of who to use?

I do not want to use Turnbull.

Thanks in advance.

James

Turnbull does very nice Winchester restorations.

Default Turnbull

I agree. However, the cost will far outweigh the value.

Doug Turnbull's estimate to turn my 16" bbld takedown 1886 Winchester .33wcf converted to a .45-90 "guide gun" before there was such a thing to a basic hex-bbld .45-70 carbine was $7500. Too steep for this boy. Would make a great airplane gun, but just too expensive.
