Dean, would you please post a photo of your flannel cover? I and I'm sure others that've never seen one would appreciate it.

TIA,

Sure Greg, I'll try to do it later tonight. I'll be shooting skeet until 9 pm.

I too have a flannel cover for an early 28 ga. case. It is fragile (ripped) so I replaced it with a canvas cover I bought from Kenny. Much nicer! My other 'odd' cover is for an early 20 ga case. The zipper is centered top to bottom and is continuous, instead of being closer to the top and split in 2 parts, as on my other covers. I'd take pics, but I'm down in AZ chasing doves and quail .

Dean, I would be hard pressed to send you any dimensions. You would have to see my fun room to understand. I have bought a few Repro cases over the years to house guns other than Repros, and they are a bit scattered. Repro cases should be bought when available.

Wanna bet? I understand completely... just ask Dave

Anyway, here are a few pics of my "flannel" case cover. It's not really flannel at all but a wool-like synthetic that is very easily pulled, balls like mohair, and is generally pretty fragile.

Notice that it fits the larger of my two 28 ga. Repro cases.

My flannel cover came with a 18xx SN 28 ga gun, with no "P".
