Bob does nice work thats for sure and he is fair priced with a reasonable turn around time. I'll be hunting with "Gunner's Parker" this fall. I saw Bob last year at The Southern, Hausmanns and the U.P. shoot. It was there that I saw and handeled some of his Fox guns and talked to others who had work done by him. With all the positive comments I looked no further for the artist to engrave my project.

Craig I agree with you about the CSM Fox's. They are very nice gun and I just bought an FE 410 but I like Bob's engraveing. It just so happens I have a Fox Sterlingworth 20 that could be another project. While at Hausmanns I saw where a smith took a Sterlingworth and made false side plates with crystal cocking indicators What a nice gun that could be turned into. Gunner locked on point and a flushing Pheasant on one side and a Grouse o n the other.

There are pictures of Dewey Vicknair's sideplate Fox on his website and more on the Custom Guns subforum on the Fox website.
