Default Serial Numbers

I just bought the Parker Gun Identification & Serialization book. I have a gun that falls between #227357 & #227378 no info for these guns. Any ideas on how I can find my gun info? Thanks Loren

Check to see if your guns serial number is in the data base for a research letter , Go to the home page and look for research letters and click on it and follow directions Its cheaper if you join the PGCA. Has a lot of benefits of being a member

Loren you do need to check the website as mentioned. I have seen serial #'s that are not in the book but there is info on them available via a research letter. If nothing there Griffin & Howe has info on some guns. You can check their website for yours as well.If nothing is available through either of those sources I think you're pretty much done. Good luck !

Actually, the Parker guns that Griffin & Howe have data on can be found at the bottom of our own "Research Letters" web page.

Default Dupont Gun

Hello,
My name is Kenneth Carpenter. I am a direct descendant of the Dupont family. My great grandma was Louisa Dupont. I have a Parker 28 gauge single trigger side by side shot gun that i am trying to see what its worth. Im having trouble understanding how to communicate on this forum and this is the first time i was able to write a letter. Would you happen to know where on this site would be the best to ask these question about my gun and its heritage? would appreciate any input i can get.

Thank you
Ken Carpenter
