I wonder how someone would explain that barrel accoutrement...with a straight face and then say the price of the gun is $1500.
It is a GH though... |

What i think has happened here is the barrels were cut down short. Then somone removed the ribs and lengthened the tubes with a slip joint collar. Then re-installed the ribs. The rib extension is from another gun and is epoxied or brazed on or something due to the slippy looking joint.
Quite an ingenious attempt at lengthening cut barrels. I will start the bidding at $50 for the parts.

Did you need a set of screws Brian? I didn't see one that didn't look like they used a cold chisel on it.

Interesting side engraving. Look where the "Parker Bros" is, high on the receiver side. That gun has sure seen some use!

It is an early style GH. When you find them they are usually in bad shape
