Virginia Vintagers at Rasawek

Ray McNaughton put together a Rasawek quail hunt for the Virginia Vintagers this past Saturday 11-21-20 and there were four groups of four guns each . I was fortunate to shoot with Danny Patton , Richard Lehew and Les Webb . We had a very Pleasent day . Danny shot a Fox 20 , Richard a Trogan 20 , Les a Model 21 20 and I had my VH 28 . And again we didn’t get all we fired at but a good day to say the least all be it a tad warm .

Well I bet for once Danny didn’t wear flip flops. Probably pulled out the heavy duty Redwings.

This mans father it’s my understanding was one of the founders of the Richmond Trap and Skeet club back in the 40’s or 50’s . There was another fellow named Aubrey Webb that has history in the VSSA/NSSA I think he was a chief referee years and years ago . Well atleast before my time , pre 1980ish .
