Default Parker Identification

I have had several parkers over the years, but now have acquired a butt stock that I am trying to identify. I has what I presume to be a serial number under the inletting for the trigger guard. #240xxx and below that 2 B. Ihas very good wood, the traditiona dog buttplate and parker pistol grip cap.
The original safety stock pieces are in place and it has a police shaped shield about 5-6" above toe. note this appears to be gold colored. My thought is that there is someone out there who wants to restore a good gun without replacing it with new wood. Any thoughts on identity.

3240xxx and below tha a #2 space space B
