Default Spring Turkeys and Old Reliable

Had a great morning and with the help of my Parker VH 20 gage was able to harvest this beautiful CT. turkey. Hope our other PGCA members had equal success.

Rich,
I read your last post on the Vermont thread. If you keep this up your going to give that boy a complex.

Scott,
I took quiet a few pictures and will most likely pick out a couple of good ones for the POM contest.

I've never shot a turkey with a Parker so that was a very enjoyable first. In fact I haven’t hunted turkeys in quite a few years as it's hard to justify getting up at 3:30am to shoot a bird. I shoot quite a few turkeys each year with my bow while deer hunting but this was a great day and I now realize how much I really enjoy and miss doing it. I may or may not go after another bird this spring (3 birds per license) but will definitely be looking forward to next May.
