Given the cancellation of the Southern Side By Side Event, I am very disappointed to announce that the PGCA board has decided to cancel the 2020 Annual Meeting and Banquet and associated activities. Over the next couple of days, we will be working to develop a method to reimburse the people that have purchased banquet tickets. In future months, if we are able to reschedule the Annual Meeting and Banquet we will inform all of the membership as soon as practical.

I’m sure it didn’t take long to arrive at that decision given all we are facing as of late. I know coming up with a new plan and venue for our next Annual Meeting is a decision that will take a good amount of time in ironing out the logistics. I know how much effort goes into all the planning and securing necessary agreements and contracts and I’m sure everybody understands your and the BOD’s disappointment in this necessary decision.
