I'm done until the Fall Turkey season opens. But the marinated grilled turkey breasts last night on the grill were really good. MY wife made a quick marinade of olive oil, pressed garlic, a little soy sauce and pepper. We grilled them in an aluminum 'boat' for about 6 minutes on high heat and then removed the foil and placed them directly on the barbi'. The meat was moist and exceptional.
