Well I asked Santa for a Galazan wall thickness gauge ---I must have been good and found it under the tree. In the past I would have Doug Turnbull measure a prospective purchases but it was a pain due to the fact it is a 25 mile round trip run. Anyhow it is a wonderful gauge and very easy to use and from what others report very accurate. I did measure all 4 of my damascus 12 bores and they all came in at .032" plus minimum----another very nice Christmas present!!!!

Just back from Moultrie, GA, for Julia's and my annual quail hunt. Julia shot her new 16 gauge VH. I shot my Parker Repro which is also new to us in 2013. This topped off a great Christmas

I am still waiting on my Christmas present. Fed Ex seems to have misplaced my scope.

Mail service has stunk this holiday season. All of the important stuff arrived after a fashion though
