Default Getting rid of the "Shack Nasties"

What's a better way to get rid of the Shack Nasties then to get together with a bunch of PGCA members from CT and Mass at Addieville East Farm and break some clays.Weather was mid 40's with increasing wind. I doesn't get much better for January in New England. My thanks to George Purtill for putting this together and for the wonderful steak lunch....
1) Station 1

2)1884 hammergun keeping a AA grade company

3)Larry on the left with George shooting

4)Dean, George,Jamie,Larry and Allen Newell

5)This cart is just a disaster. I don't know why this always seems to happen to Larry's cart. Maybe it's because I didn't bring mine....

A few more pictures of the day.

1. Larry Frey pretending he is Rich Anderson.

2. Allen Newell smashing a wind-tossed outgoer.

3. Larry Frey still working on his Anderson impression.

4. George Purtill, Edgar Spencer, and Jamie (my brother-in-law).

5. Larry, Jamie, Dave's backside, Allen Newell enjoying New York Strip Sirloins at their finest.

Oh yeah, and "Cookie" Purtill who was our grillmaster.

That's Robin Hollow Outfitters in the background and boy did we see some Parker eye candy in there today!!

Like a 28 ga. CHE straight grip in very high condition among others.

Thanks for the report OP. That's what the PGCA is all about. I wish I could have been there but next time how about no pictures of your backside and some shots of that CHE 28 straight grip. Looks like Larry is now officially a reloader. You just can't help diving into a bin of empty hulls... like a moth drawn to a flame. Welcome to the club Mr. Frey. Mr. Anderson will present you with your membership pin and t-shirt the next time he sees you.

After my recent upgrade to a Ponsness-Warren 800 courtesy of one of our members I couldn’t wait to get home and reload every hull I have.

The progressive press makes it a lot easier to reload in volume. I had Mec make me a 9000 for 2.5 inch 16's and will get another for the 2.5 inch 20. I think I have a pretty good supply of hulls except for 28's so there all your Larry

It took us forever to shoot the course yesterday because at every station we had to wait while Frey scoured the ground on hands and knees in the snow looking for Remington hulls.
We were so embarrassed. Some of us took off our PGCA pins and wore our dark lenses.

Hey Gents,
That loose forearm on my VH bothered me yesterday. Should I ship it back to Lawrence for repair or would you suggest someone closer to home who could tighten this up. I don't want to mess with it.
