Bill Janelle, aka "Dude" (his Ithaca 3 1/2" 10ga ejector NID came from Gunbroker with "Dude" inscribed in on the trigger guard with an electric pencil),there has to be a story behind that. Same gun he used on a goose hunt where he fired two shots missed, reloaded and killed a goose at 70 yards with his 4th shot.

Although turn out was light examples of the Parker gun were well represented with AA, A, B, C, D, G, E, N, V and Trojan grade guns being shot and few drooled on.

It would have been great to be there again this year but, as I said earlier, Grandkids come first.

Here's how my grandson Cameron and I spent a few hours this morning. I know... he still needs a lot of practice but at least most of his arrows go in the right direction. After I made a couple of minor modifications to the bow he hit the corrugated every time.

Maybe next year I'll bring Cam to the New Year's Day Shoot.
