Tool man
I hope you bring at least one A grade Fox so you can teach me about them.
Looking forward to see this crowd.
I spent the day playing hookey and loading shells.

That makes two us. Spent the day loading for tomorrow. The Long Island boys are on the 6 am out of Port Jeff. Should be up there by 9 or 9:30.

What a nice day for a shoot, There were about a dozen parker shooters that showed up. I don't think any fox shooters were there but not sure about that Frank took lots of pics and i can wait to see them

David- thanks for getting this day organized.
I had a great time and so did Charlie Purple.
The weather was fab, the shooting conditions gave us no excuses. Addieville is always a comfortable place.
And KUDOS to the Long Island boys for making the trek. With a 10 bore under lifter no less!! I KNOW they were carrying switchblades in their boots.

But I don't recall seeing any Fox guns at all.

Dave, I second George's thanks. It is always worth taking the 2.5 hour drive to hangout with Parker People at Addieville, no matter what the season or weather.

Tell that tool-fellow that I used his commemorative T-shirt for patches to clean up my guns.

Allan, I think next time you shoot the course, you use the USCC gun. You definitely get the award for most improved. You were killing them at the 5 Stand.

Toolman's quandary:

On the left: 12 ornery Parker guys who smell like mushrooms and want to hurt me. On the right: A 5-Wt. Sage, a 70 degree, windless day and two miles of the "troutiest"-looking (and freshly stocked) river of my dreams. Hmmmm.

My apologies. I'm sure there was a river of tears shed over The Great One's absence. I beseech you, in the midst of your grief, try to imagine how much it will enrich our time together out at Hausmann's. Which reminds me..........
