Whenever The Boys and I can spend some time afield it's a red letter day. We didn't get to spend much time in the U.P. last fall but Georgia is only three weeks away. There will be lots of RLD there I'm sure.

Cabot Seriously Sharpe Cheddar is probably my favorite. It has a wonderful bite to it. And that with woodcock in an omelet....MMMMMmmm.

One of my favorite treats in the evening while I'm reading or writing is Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar cut into 1/2" squares and savored with a little rinse of my favorite bourbon. It tops off any Red Letter Day.
