BTW, should anyone be curious about my Member Photo, this is me, having a "Heart to Heart Talk" with Hobbs, my 4 yo Vizsla, after he broke before the shot for the THIRD time in one hunt, last dove season. I am fortunate to live on 82 acres in my town, and by city ordinance dating back to the turn of the century, have hunting rights. So this is the scence from my back porch.......depressing I KNOW!

Sure makes bad days at the office melt away, when I can park the chariot, turn the "red dogs" loose, and slip a couple of shells int an interesting double gun...and collect a little dinner.

Cheers and Thank all of you here for tolerating my "rambles"!!!

Granted this is an old thread, but just stumbled upon it. Fine fine gun you have. The issue you are referring to in the other thread is that the first gun pictured is mine. Rick/OH doesn't post anything in the thread until the 5th post. It is just a pic of his floor plate.

Great gun, hope you enjoy it and great looking dog as well!

Wow, Chuck, thanks for getting this to me so quickly! Well I suppose that the three dog mystery remains a mystery! Apparently, some Chicago lawyer or doctor that didnt shoot much bought the DH originally. I am curious about the patterning...seems like super tight and Crazy tight.....am i right about that? The seller of the gun reported mod left and mod right.
