Oh the envy, the envy The two Parkers I'll probably never own are a 20ga hammer gun and a nice 410

About that .410....... I too have wanted one..
I as many before me shot a .410 double by Stevens as a kid. I have wanted a Parker .410 for a long time even a repro would be fine...The prices of ones for sale have driven me back from purchase. As for the Reproduction guns, limited as my experience has been, guns I have seen pictures of, the two barrels have a pretty good gap on them at the muzzle. First am I correct on this ? Second do original Parker guns have this gap at the muzzle also ? Visually that gap is not pretty or refined but may be necessary because of those narrow tubes can some one show a picture of the muzzle of an original Parker .410 ? Thanks very much & Best, Paul

The muzzles won't touch on a 410. My Fox has quite a bit of space between the barrels but it shoots where I point it.

Thank you very much James....
That is just what I needed to see. The gap on your original gun is much smaller than the one I saw on the reproduction gun (that was awhile back) You have a great little gun. Best,Paul

Virtually all of the original production Parker .410's muzzles touched.
