I wore my Northbrook Sportsman Club name tag on my ball cap on Saturday. For those who didn't see it, I was the guy taking pictures. It was nice meeting some of you finally. And I also got the last bottle of maple syrup.

Same here Mills. Enjoyed speaking with you and your son. Looks like he is destined to be a Parker man. With two addicts in the same household the old check book is in for the proverbial enema if you will. Good luck !!

There is a PGCA member who will make you a name tag with a vintage logo on it for $25. There is no profit in it for him so I won't publicly name him but if you PM me I'll pass it along.

Name badges are a great idea and ireally a No Brainer. When people are able to connect on a personal level they develop a stronger sense of community. I think we should have an official PGCA name badge that, like everything else we strive to do, is first class. We should try to have them available by the Annual Meeting in September. BTW ... tickets are limited and going fast. We sold a bunch at the Southern. Contact Dave Suponski now to get yours.

Thanks for the kind words and for making Harry feel so welcome the whole weekend. He says he wants to come back next year, so that is good.

It's terrific to see all of you had a good time. I would have liked to attend but I discovered this group only a short time ago. I've announced my intentions to attend next years event. In my home I need to announce my intentions months before hand otherwise they are forgotten by the Mrs. Unless of course I intend to take her shopping. See you next year.

On our Parker team I had to ask others who half the great winning shooters were as they were shooting. Often the answer was "I don't know." I shook their hands but did not know many names.

On not wearing a badge where you work, great. You've obviously never worked where identification badges are a requirement and refusal to wear results in discipline.

Oh and by the way, I live within fifteen miles of your PSC and I never joined due to that same attitude of several members I met. Don't take it personally.

E.O.M. and conversation. Just my opinions. I'd gladly wear a Parker badge at any event.
We've met whether you're aware or not . Whether you apply for membership is your buisness now whether you're accepted or not is another matter . And for future refrence PSC is not mine alone but I am a stock holder .

I think that's a good idea. The LC Smith folks had name tags and I met 2 fellas that I have talked to many times on the phone but never met in person because they were wearing their name badges. Also as I read through the names of folks responding here that were at the Southern I now realize there were many that I probably walked right by with no clue who they were, to bad.
