Phil, I agree with the rest of the folks, you did good and be carefull about what you clean up. The gun looks pretty damn good as it sits, maybe just a little oil and wax....

I Wiped down with Clenzoil, and put a little Carnuba wax on the wood. Cleaned up nice. The plating on the triggers is still bright. Were the triggers silver or nickle plated?

Phil,D Grades had nickle plated triggers.

Thanks Dave, also can anyone tell me if the B marked on the barrels were it shows the 1, designates anything? Also weighed the gun it weighs 6 lbs 10 OZ. Really looking forward to getting the letter, and this weekend so I can shoot it with some 2 1/2" RST's.
