Robin is correct. I use a word template and use XXX's to denote information that needs to be filled in. The XXX's are in red to bring attention to them. Sometimes in haste, I turn the text all black and don't see the XXX's are still there.

I'm up to 25 letters so far this month and have about 10 more sitting in my in box. 2nd mistake today, I guess I need to slow down and pay more attention to detail.

All it takes is a PM or e-mail if you suspect a mistake.

I agree Chuck.

If someone has an issue with a research letter or perhaps with something in Parker Pages, or something someone on the BOD has said, or for that matter, anything that one doesn't agree with for whatever reason.... rather than broadcasting it for the whole world to see and cause embarrassment to another PGCA Member, please contact the person by PM or email and straighten things out between the two of you without involving everyone else... please.

I apologize, I simply did not understand the x's in the letter.
Chuck did send me a pm and cleared everything up.
Dean I assure you it was an honest mistake, I will refrain from
posting.

I certainly hope you don't mean that. I would never suggest someone stop posting over a simple issue like this.

Best Regards,

I had a DHE in the late 179,000 serial number range, the engraving in that era D grades is exceptional to say the least. That was a 30" gun too.
