My collection has been stable over the past three years and will probably stay that way. I've got every gun that I need and more. However, a Parker that I want may show up and then I be in buy mode again.

I need another gun like I need a hole-in-the-head. However, I will continue my search for a pristine .410 0000-frame Parker Reproduction BHE with a straight grip, splinter forend and double triggers. My chances of finding one of those hovers right around zero, but it's the chase that makes it fun . . . and isn't that what it's all about?

Funny how things happen in this hobby. When I first decided I would like to add a Parker DH(E) in 20gauge I really want a Damascus gun. I knew it would be difficult because only 129 DH's were made in 20ga with Damascus barrels. So a nice steel barreled DH 20ga came along and I bought it and loved it. Three years later I was able buy a real sweet DH 20ga 28" with Damascus barrels, nice CC with fine original condition that fit me. So the DH 20ga steel barreled gun went back into the stream of commerce.

I’ve had my 20 ga. DH with 28” Damascus barrels for probably fifteen years.

I love it.

I have a GHE 20 Damascus that has exceptional wood for a grade 2 also another GHE in 16 with Damascus barrels.

I want a VH/E or GH/E or DH/E 20 gauge with 30 or 32 inch barrels fluid or damascus as long as it’s stocked kinda high . But on the other hand I’m not holding my breath

Greg, I know where your Repro is and I am thinking about making a contact in the next decade or so. Ron Moore, 152?, I think it's time for you to go shopping. I am not looking for anything, but would sell almost anything. I'm of the age.

I lost out on a Damascus 16 probably due to "Tire kicking" a little bit. Keep in mind though that some of us are not so much tire kicking but we ask a lot of questions because the variations are so many. By the time I realized it was probably a fair price it was spoken for. I am not looking for a steal, I just don't like to be grossly upside down. Allan's top action 16 was probably one I should have jumped on in hindsight but I am really kind of looking for something graded.

Greg, I'm sure you would get a smile when you see the order for my BHE, 0000 frame .410 with straight grip and double triggers. I keep a copy in my files just to remind me what could have been. I wonder if Mr. Skeuse keeps a copy in his files.
