Isn't Frank Cronin's 34" Hammer 10ga on a 5 frame?

Ooops missed his post above. The 110gr 1 1/4 ounce loads shook the ground at Major Waldron's on New Years and again in May at Addieville. It's fun to watch him shoot.

Bill: I was only referring to my Grade 1, top action,Laminated steel,34 inch 10 Ga. If I read it right on page 268 it says that only 5 were built. I didn't mean all 5 frames. Thomas

Wow, Tom. Truly a rarity that any one of us would covet. The charm of these "big guns" is that no matter how we treat them in quantity of shooting, they will always be available for the next generation. I have never been able to wear out a big Parker.

My 6 frame 10 is 11 lb. 2 oz with 6 lb 13 oz barrels. They really put some weight in that 5 frame!

I just purchased a new bunch of 2 1/4 ounce copper coated, buffered 3 1/2" ten gauge ammo at a local gun show for five bucks a box. I don't know how much I already had packed away. I also have 130 rounds of Bismuth 8 gauge loaded by Eley for Marshal Field. I am set if I ever see a goose.
