Smile mcinnis will be there

I would not miss the Parker -L.C Smith challenge for anything. I will give up a skeet tournament at Ft. Bragg for time with the Parker. If only I could make the Parker team...... See you guys soon. Neill

Old Hick will be unable to be there again and will miss like sin seeing all the old gang. OLd age and other problems happen at eighty three. I will be rooting for the team.
Have one for me,

Hick

Neill, I think about visiting Fort Bragg at least once a year, but for 43 years, I have somehow avoided going through with it. I wonder if it's how I left it? I wonder if the old jump tower on Stonestreet Avenue is still standing? I have threatened to attend an NSSA shoot at Bragg and may do it this year or next.

Hick, though I will not be able to attend either I've got to tell you that it won't quite be the same knowing you'll miss it. In the most sincere sense of endearment (and I hope you don't take offense) you are kind of like a mascot to a lot of us - an anchor to the old times...the better times, and you will be missed.

I'm sure I'll be ashamed when I'm told who it is but I've met so many great guys down there over the years even I forget sometimes.

Default Ft. Bragg

Bill, I do not know how long it has been since you have last visited Bragg but much has changed. It has really grown. We would love to have you down for a skeet tournament. We are hosting the Masters on the 29-2 May. It should have a good turn out. Hope to see you at the Southern.
Regards,
Neill

I had a total surprise this morning via a phone visit from Mr. John Hickerson. What a pleasant conversation we had covering several topics ie hunting, Parkers, and the Southern. He confirmed that he is not attending the Southern like me and the Mich boys.

Hick, is one of the real gentlemen of the PGCA and I hope he is up for the Vintagers this fall so I can call him Party Boy once again and to his face. Yes I am planning on attending the Big "V" event and reaquanting myself with the Parker guys/gals that I happen to miss from time to time.

Hick call me anytime the notion comes to your mind as the call sure is a pleasure.

Hick and Roger, I will miss you both. Oh well. I guess I'm the "Old Man" of the Southern. It won't be the first time.
