Greg, found on ebay. I did luck out as it is in really nice condition, never abused. It also has smooth jaws, I'm looking for some brass or lead jaw covers if anyone happens run into any.

I made my own covers using sheet copper. Easy to do. May not be elegant, but they work

They used to have vise jaws available in lead and brass.

I occasionally come across lead (sheet form) shower pans with the work that I do. Most are between 1/8"-3/16" in thickness. If you think you could fashion jaw covers from a piece of one of those pans, let me know. I'm pretty sure I have one or two laying around. Cheers Marcus
