I think I showed these before,, picked them up for $5 at a gun show,, still unopened. I think they were from the 60-70 era.
And no, never used a gut hook, ain't that what fingers are for? Seriously, I fillet the breasts and legs off birds leaving the wings, guts, etc, still in the body cavity.
