Seeing all these shields engraved pushed me to have it done on a modern Parker that will stay in the family as a waterfowling gun.
The Duck is an American Eider and below are beach dunes and native sea grass- just like the places I hunt in Pleasant Bay.
The Eider was copied from the 1957-8 Federal Duck Stamp below. Thanks to Dean Romig for the suggestion of a place to look for models.
The shield now has to get worn and muddied and bloodied.

Wonderful. Hunt geese in the field and you'll expedite the weathering process. Sea ducks even more so. And think of the fun you will have along the way.

When you say 'modern Parker' George, are you referring to a Parker Reproduction?
