Gosh darn it, Wayne. I had my hopes up thinking about shooting that gun this weekend. Now it won't happen. Darn the bad luck. Maybe after you get it fixed you could send it to me to use this year on ducks and geese. I want to float the Niagara River in a kayak to see how well I do.
That is a beautiful gun. I am envious. the wood is lovely. Wasn't it you who purchased a 10 gauge Webley and Scott recently or am I thinking of someone else in my old age? Dennis |

Yes that was me. That gun is a holy terrer on a milk jug at seventy five yards. she is full and full not to mention a little hard on the shoulder. By the way I dont think you will see any of my guns in a kayak.

Not a problem, Wayne. I don't think you will ever see me in a kayak either, especially on the Niagara River. When I get my Parker 10 gauge back to Colorado this fall I am looking forward to trying it on a Dr. Pepper can at 70 yards. Shooting experts in the Southeast prefer Dr. Pepper cans 10 to 1 from what I hear. Good shooting with your gun. It sure is pretty.

the longer the crack, the more the epoxy. the more the epoxy the stronger the wood.

I fired the linder a couple of days ago, nothing formal. Just stepped out the door and touched her off a couple of times. no cracks opened back up. What a rush. Waiting for another 10ga parker to arrive, G grade top lever 32 in barrels. Don't no what the chocks are yet. Price was right.
