Paul, glad you like the Steel Shot Special. I would have never sold it if I didn't have a 12GA two barrel set with 26" Q1 & Q2 chokes and 28" IC & Mod barrels. Still have that gun and shoot it well.

There are a few 28" 12 gauges bored IC&M that are not marked Steel Shot Special. I assume these are a bit scarce too.

Did you happen to notice the 12-ga. 2-bbl. set, 26" Q1/Q2 and 28" IC/M currently listed on GI? They are out there and become available from time to time.

It's a good thing I don't look at those sites as diligently as you all do. I wouldn't be able to make my mortgage payments.

Same here.. I browse Gunsinternational and Gunbroker almost daily, but most times that I find something I'd love to have I'm not in a position to buy.

I saw that gun on GI and just couldn't resist that combination so I went for it. Usually think I prefer double triggers but I'll give the single trigger a try.
