No we can’t. I already have grouse hunts booked out of state for October and we need to plan WAY ahead for both of us to go. That is the same time frame the upcoming litter of Setters go to their new homes.

Pete, it’s not always about just making them “easy”, that’s very subjective. Targets should be interesting. It’s a fine line we walk with broken glass on one side and rusty razor blades on the other!!

I understand that the small bore course was set up to imitate grouse shooting, but in real life I'm sure that six guys taking six shots each would have accounted for more than one bird. I do not need my ego stroked with easy shots, but with that said, Junes small bore course was way more difficult than it needed to be. Just my personal opinion.

This was posted to the Vintager's Facebook page yesterday. They did not mention if shooters will be limited to purchasing a limited number of boxes.

Vintage Gunners

Good News!
I just got off the phone with MR. RST. Looks like they will have shotshells for the Vintage Gunners Cup. Morris Baker of RST said, "Please, no pre-orders - pick up you ammo at the their booth during the event". It doesn't look good for 10 gauge and 12 gauge 2 inch shells, but everything else will be there. A great time to pick up those hunting loads for this fall too. Hope to see all our shooting friends on 14-17 September for the Vintage Gunners Cup.

That is good news! And with some luck, 16 will be available for online order after the event. RST 16 is my greatest need right now.
