Harry.I was at Atlanta a couple of months ago. One of the dealers had a G grade for sale. It was about 60 percent and he was asking 2500.00. It was worth 1200.00 to 1500.00 max. He would'nt budge.

Keep trying, Harry. I've acquired 5000 rounds of 22 lr over the last 4 months. The supply is loosening up, but you can't expect it delivered to your door. As for 22 magnum - $13 for 50 is what that stuff costs and has for some time. Sell your guns before you wait to acquire the stuff for less money on a consistent basis. Supply of 22mag and 17hmr has never been hard to find. Demand is not high. It was $13 a box before Sandy Hook. $13 after. Most Walmarts won't sell you more than 3 boxes of any ammo at a time because otherwise some jerk will walk up and buy the last 10 boxes off the shelf right in front of you, and then laugh about it to their friends with some embellished story.

22ammo is starting to become available here in NY. Just bought two mimi bricks of Remington (225 hollowpoints) for $10.75 per mini brick. My son in law gave me a Remington 1/2 gallon tub of 22s for Christmas. He gave one to my son, also as my son was complaining that I shot up all his shells. My son in law is a real "keeper".

Our gun show in Savannah's motto is (or used to be) "bring your money and bring your honey, 'cos we've got jewelry too" I don't think there was any metal or wood in the whole show, unless it was on some of the jewelry. All synthetic plastic.
