I agree with everybody else that has replied on this thread, I would be willing to give $1500.00 for it. I understand and appreciate your value of priceless and fully agree. Please take Charlie's advice and keep it clean and hunt with it. Pass it down to your kids and keep the heritage alive. If you don't have kids, can I call you Dad?

I sold one a couple of years back a 16 Ga. also almost identical condition but mine was earlier with the Rib Extension , I was asking $1000.00 ,and got an Offer of 900.00 and took it ,I would say the buyer did Good !

Market value is all based on condition. I would put the condition of your Trojan at "fair". It is a gun that looks to be 100% operational, but lacks much original finish. The 16g would carry a premium over 12g. So about $1,000 or so is accurate. If it were a 12g gun, it would be much less. I have seen 12g guns in similar condition all as low as $400.
