C.O.B what years were you in Bad Tolz. My team sgt. was there for many years since he married a German girl .He was a Korean war vet.too served in a leg inf. unit during Korea then went SF. His name was John R. McLaughlin on the off chance you knew him.

I checked into Pensacola in 68 and did not get my wings until 71. Then they sent us to a bunch of schools and the war was winding down. I joined the squadron as they were about to leave VN and when we were about to go back, six months later; they cancelled our deployment. I saw little combat, but just flying that thing was excitement enough.
