Looking over the pictures again there seems to be rust or pitting on the top of the barrels. If that is the case the value will be lower, depending on how bad the pitting is.
I don't believe all D's came with SSPB's but the pad replaced something because it is not close to anything that would be original. Looks like a hell of a nice piece of walnut. Clean it up, have a competant gun smith install a period correct pad and you'll have a nice little Parker.
