My father wa hunting back in the 60's. They shot 7 birds, and put them in the truck of a guy's Cadilac. Drove home and were dividing up th birds. Hmmm only 6. Must have left on on the ground. Following May, the Cad began to stink. After tearing the car apart, they found a very dead mallard at the bottom of the spare tire well. Not sure if they ever got rid of the stink
