If you are still having a difficult time finding the correct butt plate----I would suggest contacting Chris Dawe-he is an exceptional gunsmith in Canada- he may be able to help you out--I believe he is a member here

Just don't fool around with it and have either Brian Dudley or Chris Dawe fit and install one.
