91823 has a P above the SN, ejectors, Twist on the rib, and a T that is circled on the barrel.
The case is original as far as I know.
197534 has VH on the water table, and vulcan steel on the rib.
Is the book you are refering to the Parker gun ID and serialization?

Yes it is Leonard. It's a great reference guide but there are a few errors in there.
