I am new to the Parker club. I have some questions about my Parker GE grade . It looks like the receiver is nickel or chrome plated , also the barrel does not have Parker Bros on the barrel rib. On the bottom of 1st barrel the following is stamped ( MOD ,97848, MADE IN USA ,OK3 ,OVERLOAD PARKER GUN WORKS PROVED . On the bottom of the 2nd barrel CYL ,#312 ,OVERLOAD PARKER GUN WORKS PROVED.on the center of the lug B is on one end 11/2 is on the other end. My stamping tell me it has a 1 1/2 frame . Do you think this is a barrel replaced by the Remington factory?any help would truly be appreciated, thanks, Jim

The OK3 might be a Remington service code. We would really need to see pictures of the stamps on the barrel flats to offer anything definitive.
