Paypal but no credit cards? I don't do Paypal. Sorry. I guess I'll wait until it shows up in the gun shows.

You can get a copy from Amazon using your CC. Free two day shipping if you are an Amazon Prime member. I ordered a copy yesterday.

Bill, you can do it the old school way, mail him a check, that's what I did as I don't use paypal either.

Bill you can use a CC if you'd like through that link, that's actually how we ended up getting our copy. Just click the NEXT button at the checkout screen, and if you already have a PayPal account you can find the option to Add/Change card near the bottom. It literally takes 30 seconds to set up an account if you don't have one already. Enjoy!

I'll have to look again Dean. It isn't a bad book, it just isn't as in depth as I was expecting.
