The bottom line is this , regardless of what you or I might think as to the variouse "Parker" guns be it originals , Remmy guns or Repro's the only person that matters is the one shelling out the schekels to buy which ever one it may be . Unless of course you're trying to sell said gun and that's a whole new ball of wax .

IMHO the quality of either meridian or Illion produced Parkers are one in the same. I prefer the older case color to the cyanide color process used by Remington in the later years. I think the Remington era guns had some better wood esp in the lower grades, I have both and use them the same regardless of place of mfg. They are both Parkers.
