Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

The Parker Story shows quite a few 32-inch 28-gauge guns --
VH-/VHE-Grade 15
PH-/PHE-Grade 1 Twist
GH-/GHE-Grade 3 Damascus, 1 Steel
DH-/DHE-Grade 14 Titanic
CH-/CHE-Grade 2 Bernard, 1 Acme
BH-/BHE-Grade 4 Acme
AH-/AHE-Grade 5 Acme
AAH-/AAHE-Grade 1
A 1 Special-Grade 3
The one 32-inch DHE-Grade 28-gauge I'd like to see would be 156717 that the West Coast Guru of the small-bores, Edwin Hedderly, Editor of Western Field magazine got along with a similar 20-gauge for a years worth of 1/2 page ads in his magazine!! Both guns were ordered with no safety, a Silvers pad, 15 1/2 inch length-of-pull, Lyman sights, and "Wildfowl" & "Mfg. Exp. for E.L. Hedderly" engrave on the barrels.
With both Arthur DuBray and Edwin Hedderly talking up long barrel small-bores, Parker Bros. sold quite a few. They are a lot more common than 32-inch barrel 20-gauge Ansley H. Fox guns. I remember about a decade ago there were six 32-inch 20-gauge Parker Bros. doubles, a Crown Grade L.C. Smith and a No. 5E NID at the winter Las Vegas show, but not a single 32-inch 20-gauge Fox.
