How do you apply for a doubles pin?

My Lab Lucy saved my butt. The first bird looked like it went down hard so I moved to the second bird. However, the first bird hit the water heads up and swam into the cattails. I sent her to the cripple first and she nailed a lively bird. The second bird fell about 40 yards into some swamp loosestrife. I was able to handle her to the second bird and she found it dead. Made my day.

Way to go Lucy! If you are like I am Craig, there is nothing to compare to seeing your dog with a bird in their mouth on a retrieve after you've made a great shot. As they say, a day without a dog is just an armed walk in the woods. Wear your pin with pride.
