Craig, I shot a 193 in the State Singles Championship. I finished the first hundred with a 99. I dropped one in the fourth box. Conditions were perfect and I was tied for the lead. In the second hundred, the wind picked up and the sun was coming in and out of the clouds. I let it get in my head and ran a 94 . That was still good enough to win State SubVet Champion. I shot 92 out of 100 in the Doubles event to win State SubVet Doubles Champion. And I went 90 out of 100 in the Handicap event to take 6th place in that championship round. I finished the tournament with High All Around of 375 out of 400, and High Over All of 933 out of 1000. Those scores each took State SubVet Champion.

All for God, Parker and Glory.

Well done John, you are going to need a designated trophy room!

I’m thinking the JOHN DAVIS room at ATA Hall of Fame. Great shooting my friend.

Congratulations, John. I hope to shoot with you some day, maybe the Maryland State Shoot.
