Hard to understand this lack of customer service by CSMC. They're a small business with not so many employees that you might understand delays in responding. Accountability is a management issue and the lack thereof is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I bought a gun from them and charged my CC. They held the shipment until after a holiday weekend. That gave me some time to rethink my purchase. I called them after the holiday and said I decided not to purchase and please refund my CC. It took almost 1 month to get the credit back on my card. There was only one person who seemed to manage the CC refunds and had to get permission.

Hopefully, you won't have too wait long.

Well I finally got my card refunded, it only took five business days to get it done.

In the mean time I had a total knee replacement performed on an out-patient basis. I walked in the door of the hospital at 5:30am and was home relaxing at 1:00pm that same day "Yesterday"

What a difference in professionalism between the two experiences!

This is exactly why I don't deal with CSMC. I've had the same experience getting some work done by them. Told they would be done by a certain date, not done. Called and left messages, no return calls. ETC! Went on for months. No one there seems to know what the others are doing and you get a different answer every time you call.
