That is an LC Smith stock.
Regular frame. It is hard to tell for sure from your photos, but I don't think it is a factory smith stock.

I would suggest picking up a copy of the serialization book and you can look that number up, if it is in there.

If you only have one thing with a number on it, what does it match?
Maybe it's just me, but If I had something I knew nothing about, I wouldn't argue with people on a forum, who actually might know something about it. Where did you get the idea that CHP meant it was a Parker? |

Brice, that serial # belongs to a straight stock Parker. Your stock has a pistol grip. I have an old Smith receiver and side plates that would fit your stock perfectly.
