I could bore everyone to death with my sunrise and sunset shots from around the globe. First one is a September sunrise while moose hunting south of Fairbanks. Second is a sunset at the biological research station I managed for some years on the north slope here in Alaska. Last is a classic time lapse solstice shot taken at and by the university in mid winter. I have gobs more but I'll spare you.... or not.... Here's a few winter sunrises taken out my front window. I really like the DC-6 climbing out of the airport and over my house, likely with a load of fuel for some remote village.

Not boring. I never tire of such images. Thanks Richard. Stuff many of us will never see.
The storm related stuff Jack posted though is also always amazing. The stuff of Escher type nightmares,
