tell me were that garbage can is...i too am leaning more to damascus gun espically if they have lots of color to them.the ones the boys have been haveing redone are just eye catching for sure.i m really glad someone has the ability to bring this old faded barrels back to their former beauty...some day soon im gona get somebody to do these old 8 ga stub twist barrels...charlie

I met Dale at the Tulsa show a few years ago and saw some of his work. He is the best. I do Damascus refinishing and only thought I was good. The care and technique to get those colors proper, without darker areas around the breech,muzzle and next to the ribs shows that he is a Master.

A damascuss barrel in any of its incarnations be it twist or bernard have to be the best looking barrels ever produced. My CHE 20 barrels are the next in line for finish work.
